摘    要:目的 观察心衰合剂对慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者N末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响.方法 选取2009年1月-2009年12月在北京中医药大学东方医院心内科住院的心衰患者60例,按Framingham诊断标准进行评估,随机分为两组,各30例.治疗组在西医标准治疗心衰基础上加用心衰合剂;对照组仅用西医对心衰的标准治疗.治疗15 d后重新评价心功能分级、射血分数(EF)以及NT-proBNP浓度.结果 治疗后,治疗组NT-proBNP浓度较对照组有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而心功能分级、EF值差异无统计学意义.结论 NT-proBNP较EF和心功能分级敏感性更高,是一个很好的评价中药治疗慢性心衰疗效的指标.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Xinshuai mixture on heart failure ejection fraction(EF) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) in patients with choric heart failure.Methods Sixty inpatients with heart failure were selected and divided into treatment group(n=30) received Xinshuai mixture and standard western medicine therapy and control group(n=30) receive standard western medicine therapy alone for 15 days.Heart function classification,EF and NT-pro BNP levels were reevaluated.Results At the end of treatment,comparing with the control group,NT-proBNP levels in treatment group was declined,and the differences were statistically significance.There were no statistically differences in New York Heart Association(NYHA) classifications and EF.Conclusion NT-proBNP was more sensitive than EF and NYHA,and it might be a good index to evaluate traditional Chinese drugs for treatment of chronic heart failure.
