老年痴呆症的中医辨证防治效果分析

目的:对老年痴呆症的中医辨证防治效果进行分析。方法:选取2005年12月～2011年12月40例老年痴呆症的患者,随机分为两组甲组20例进行中医分型及分证论治,乙组患者20例进行黄芪益脑宁方剂治疗,对其临床效果进行统计分析。结果:经中医辨证理论的治疗及防治措施的干预,甲组20例老年痴呆的患者,显效5例,显效率25.00%,有效13例,有效率65.00%,无效:2例,总有效率为90.00%。乙组显效4例,显效率20.00%,有效:10例,有效率50.00%,无效:6例,总有效率为70.00%。甲组患者的临床效果明显优于乙组治疗的临床效果。两组治疗效果存在明显差异性,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对治疗老年痴呆症,依据中医的分型进行辨证施治,临床效果明显,治愈率及有效率高,适宜广泛应用临床治疗,能有效的提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者及家属的负担。

Efficacy analysis of TCM in preventing dementia

Objective: To analyze the effects of TCM in preventing dementia. Methods: From December to 2011 December 2005 40 cases were randomly divided into Group A (20 cases) and B (20 cases), TCM type and sub-permit treatment for Group A, Group B was given the prescription of Huangshi Yinaoning, statistical analysis of its clinical effect. Results: In Group A, markedly effective in 5 cases, markedly effective rate was 25.00%, effective in 13 cases, the efficiency was 65.00%, 2 cases were ineffective; the total effective rate was 90.00%. In Group B, markedly effective in 4 cases, the markedly rate was 20.00%, effective 10 cases, the efficiency was 50.00%, invalid 6 cases, the total effective rate was 70.00%. Clinical effect of Group A was significantly better than that of Group B. the clinical effects were significantly different and were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM was obviously effective in treating dementia; cure rate and effective rate were high, suitable for extensive application of clinical, could effectively improve the quality of life of patients and alleviated the burden on patients and their families.
