中医治疗慢性咽炎为主要表现的胃管反流病临床分析

目的:分析以慢性咽炎为主要表现的胃管反流病通过中医治疗手段的临床效果。方法:选取2009～2011年间在我院接受治疗的慢性咽炎为主要表现的胃管反流患者120例,将其随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组60人,其中A组采用服用中成药香砂养胃丸,再加传统中草药提取液进行超声雾化,让患者吸入进行治疗;而B组则采用口服奥美拉唑20mg,加抗生素药物同样将其进行超声雾化,让患者吸入治疗,并且对比A组和B组同等级别不同分度的患者的胃镜镜下检查结果。结果:A组的患者病情痊愈加好转的例数为55例,而B组中痊愈加好转的例数为32例,A组的综合临床治疗效果要远远好于B组,其中P0.05具有统计学价值。结论:采用中药制剂进行雾化吸入处理的实验组的综合临床效果要远远好于目前西医常用的抗生素类药物进行治疗,同时其后期疗效更加持久,不易复发。

Clinical analysis of treating gastric tube reflux disease that chronic pharyngitis as the main performance in TCM

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of treating gastric tube reflux disease that chronic pharyngitis as the main manifestation in TCM. Methods:120 patients in our hospital for treating chronic pharyngitis reflux and the main performance of the tube from 2009 to 2011 were chosen. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (group A) and control group (group B), 60 cases in each group. A group was taken with the inverse of proprietary Chinese medicines stomach capsule plus TCM extract ultrasonic atomization to enable patients to inhaled treatment. Group B was taken with oral omeprazole 20 mg, and antibiotics also with ultrasonic atomization, so that patients can be with inhalation therapy. The results of microscopic examination for the group A and group B at the same level of different degrees of gastroscopy. Results:There were 55 cases of patients with disease cured plus improved in A group and 32 cases in group B. The comprehensive clinical effect in group A was much better than group B, P<0.05, there was the statistical value. Conclusion:The clinical effects of TCM preparation for the aerosol inhalation of processing the experimental group is much better than modern medicine commonly used antibiotics for treatment, while its late efficacy are more durable and with less recurrence.
