| 摘 要： | 作为一种新兴网络沟通技术手段,微博为网络问政提供了一种更加便捷高效的途径,并考验着执政党的执政智慧。虽然在某些层面上,微博问政的确促进执政党的民主建设,但如何实现微博问政和党的民主建设之间的良性互动,如何避免虚热的做秀行为,如何更好地促进党的建设网络化、信息化,并使微博问政成为一种常态化的政治参与路径,却还有漫长的路要走,也需要更多的思索。 |
