中药雾化吸入法在治疗恶性肿瘤伴随证中的运用

目的 :探讨中药雾化吸入疗法在治疗恶性肿瘤部分伴随证中的临床运用。方法 :按照中医辨证施治的原则 ,运用超声雾化法 ,通过对 4例典型病例的回顾分析 ,探讨了中药雾化吸入疗法对恶性肿瘤患者部分伴随证 :呼吸道炎症、脑转移所致的眩晕、因化疗所致咽炎、食管粘液分泌过多所造成吞咽障碍等伴随证具有一定的临床疗效。结果 :中药雾化吸入疗法在治疗恶性肿瘤患者部分伴随证中具有一定的临床疗效。结论 :以中医基本理论为指导 ,运用西医的超声雾化法 ,开展多途径的综合疗法 ,对恶性肿瘤患者的部分伴随证的治疗具有协同提高疗效的作用 ,值得进一步探讨

Application of TCM Aerosol Inhalation in Treating Symptoms Accompanied with Malignant Tumors

Objective :To discuss the clinical application of TCM aerosol inhalation in treating symptoms accompanied with malignant tumors. Method :We applied the ultrasonic aerosol inhalation according to the theory of differentiation and treatment.The retrospective analysis of four typical cases in using this method to treat symptoms accompanied with malignant tumors has been carried out.We discussed the effect of this method in treating symptoms accompanied with malignant tumors which included the inflammation of respiratory tract,vertigo caused by the metastasis to the brain,pharyngitis caused by chemotherapy,allo deglutation caused by hypersecretion of esophageal mucus. Results :The method of TCM aerosol inhalation shows some clinical effect in treating symptoms accompanied with malignant tumors. Conclusion :Guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,we apply the method of ultrasonic aerosol inhalation to carry out the multipath combined therapy.The synergic effect of this method in treating symptoms accompanied with malignant tumors is deserved to being further studied.
