TIP30/CC3在鼻咽癌组织中的表达和意义

目的:探讨TIP30/CC3在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况及意义. 方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测30例非肿瘤性鼻咽部组织和69例鼻咽癌组织中TIP30/CC3蛋白的表达情况,分析临床、病理相关指标的联系. 结果:TIP30/CC3蛋白在非肿瘤性鼻咽部组织的阳性表达率66. 7%,高于鼻咽癌组织中的43. 5%(P<0. 01). 鼻咽癌组织中TIP30/CC3 蛋白表达率在患者的T分期、病理类型、年龄、性别间差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05). 有淋巴结转移组(N2)表达率31. 0%,低于无淋巴结转移组(N0)的72. 2%(P<0. 05). 结论:TIP30/CC3蛋白在非肿瘤性鼻咽部组织中表现为高表达,在鼻咽癌组织中为低表达,并且鼻咽部淋巴结转移与鼻咽癌组织中的低表达有关,提示TIP30/CC3可能是与鼻咽癌发生、发展、转移及预后相关的重要指标.

The expression of TIP30/CC3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and its significance

Objective:To detect the expression of TIP30/CC3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue,and its role in tumor metastasis. Methods:The expressions of TIP30/CC3 in 30 non-nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 60 nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue samples were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method, and the relationship between the clinical and pathological parameters was analyzed. Results:The positive expression rate of TIP30/CC3 in non-nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue ( 66. 7%) was higher than that in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue(43. 5%) (P < 0. 01). The differences of the expression rate of TIP30/CC3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue of patients with different T stage,pathological type,age and gender were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The expression of TIP30/CC3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue with lymph node metastasis ( N2 ) ( 31. 0%) was lower than that in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue without lymph node metastasis(72. 2%)(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The expressions of TIP30/CC3 in non-nasopharyngeal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue are high and low,respectively. The low expression of TIP30/CC3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue is related to the lymph node metastasis,which suggests that the TIP30/CC3 may be the important index in the occurrence,development,metastasis and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
