非甾体类抗炎药相关急性肾衰竭新进展

非甾体类抗炎药具有解热镇痛的作用,但对肾脏也有一定的毒性。非甾体类抗炎药在一些危险因素,如高龄、有效循环血容量不足、基础肾脏病及合并用药和用药方式不当等情况下可诱发急性肾衰竭。研究并明确其具体的一些发病机制,病理及临床表现特点,可以为临床治疗和预防提供依据和帮助。在此就其导致急性肾衰竭的诱发因素、机制及其病理特点和防治方面的研究进展予以综述。

New Study Progress of Non-steroldal Anti-inflammatory Drugs Related Acute Renal Failure

With their antipyretic and analgesic effects,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs also have nephrotoxicity.Due to a number of risk factors,such as age,lack of effective circulating blood volume,underlying renal diseases,and inappropriate concomitant medications,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory can induce renal failure.The researches identifying its specific pathogeneses and pathological and clinical features can provide the basis for clinical treatment and prevention.This article reviews some progresses of its contributing factors,mechanisms,pathologic characteristics,and treatment of acute renal failure induced by NASIDs.
