| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症脑卒中患者经鼻胃管肠内营养的护理效果。方法对118例NICU的重症脑卒中患者进行经鼻胃管肠内营养治疗,并配合做好护理,比较营养支持前后患者血清白蛋白的变化。结果经鼻胃管肠内营养支持后,患者的血清白蛋白较未行肠内营养支持前明显升高(均P<0.05),差别有统计学意义。结论肠内营养对重症脑卒中患者有良好的营养支持作用。
