| 摘 要： | 目的掌握实践方法,遵循科学的原则和依据,对循证护理在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后护理中的应用加以分析、整理。方法提出LASIK术后护理中的问题,收集相关最好的研究证据,严格评价研究证据,结合患者具体情况,做出护理决策,评价效果。结果循证护理对LASIK术后患者的康复有良好的效果,术后相关并发症的发生情况观察组与对照组相比,并发症的发生率要明显减少,患者的满意度明显增高。结论循证护理可以帮助护理人员做出临床护理决策,制定护理计划,增强护理工作的科学性,提高护理质量。 |
