| 摘 要： | 目的总结含真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床治疗经验。方法 1992年6月~2010年3月期间,应用含真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损27例。术后随访时间为3个月~3年。结果 27个皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣外形较好,术后3~6个月有触觉及痛温觉。患者手部功能恢复满意。手部外形接近正常,未见肌腱粘连及关节僵硬发生。结论真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损效果好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experience of pedicle skin flap of subdermal vascular plexus in hand injury.Methods During June 1992 and March 2010,pedicle skin flap of subdermal vascular plexus to repair soft tissue defects of hand was applied in 27 cases.Patients were followed up from 3 months to 3 years.Results Twenty-seven flaps survived and flap shapes were good.After 3 to 6 months,patients began to have sensitivity to touching,pain and temperature.The recovery of hand function was satisfactory.Han... |
