| 摘 要： | 目的探索以家庭为单位的高血压前期社区护理管理模式,以预防高血压疾病的发生。方法选取社区内56例高血压前期患者为管理对象,采用一对一的跟踪指导方式,对患者进行家庭访问,结合家庭情况进行饮食和运动指导。观察1年后患者的生理、生化指标。结果护理干预后患者收缩压、舒张压比干预前均有明显降低(P<0.01);每日运动次数由干预前的(2.2±1.1)次提升至(4.3±1.5)次(P<0.01);高脂饮食、咸食、少运动等不良生活习惯明显改善。结论以家庭为单位的护理干预能够有效预防社区高血压前期高血压疾病的发生。 |
