| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤骨科的护理风险管理方法。方法从参与医疗活动的人、物、技术以及服务等诸多因素入手,分析骨科护理潜在风险并提出防范与对策。结果在骨科护理管理中运用风险管理的科学方法,能帮助临床护理工作降低风险系数,制定应急预案,规避风险的发生,提高护理安全质量。结论医疗风险管理对于骨科临床护理管理工作具有一定的指导意义。
