| 摘 要： | 目的观察医用几丁糖在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的作用。方法选择150例骨性关节炎患者,采用膝关节注射几丁糖治疗及相关护理措施。结果本组150例随访患者经过1个疗程膝关节内注射几丁糖后,患者膝关节疼痛症状有明显改善。结论几丁糖治疗早期膝关节炎效果明显,对于关节畸形、僵硬的晚期膝骨关节炎患者疼痛症状也有所改善,其中护理工作也起到了重要的作用。
