国内外护理本科课程设置的对比分析

摘    要:通过对近10年相关中英文文献的回顾,发现国内护理本科课程设置与国外相比存在一定的差距:我国课程总学时数多、基础医学所占比重大、选修课比例相对较小、人文课程学科门类不够齐全且数目偏少、实践课与理论课的比例小且实践课开展形式单一,课程设置模式落后。因此,需要借鉴国外护理本科课程设置的先进经验。优化整合课程,减少总学时数,增加选修课比重;加大人文社会学科课程的比例;增加实践课比例,合理安排理论与实践形式;改革落后的课程设置模式等以促进我国护理高等教育的发展。

Abstract:The authors retrospectively reviewed the related Chinese and English literature, finding there is a gap between Chinese and foreign syllabus designs of undergraduate nursing courses. The gap exists in overload of undergraduate nursing courses, large pro- portion of basic medicine, small load of optional courses, incompletion and few selections of humanistic courses, and lagging back of course modes. Therefore, it is necessary to borrow from foreign course designing. The strategy such as optimization of courses, reduction of total learning hours, reasonable addition of optional courses, addition of humanistic courses, proper addition of practical courses, reasonable arrangement of theory and practice and reformation of current course designing modes will promote the development of higher nursing education and meet the needs of contemporary nursing development.
