荆州市综合医院护士长工作现状调查与对策

摘    要:目的 了解荆州市综合医院护士长的工作现状,提出改善护士长队伍现状的对策思路,推动区域护理学科发展.方法 2006年12月-2007年1月以荆州市5所二级医院、2所三级医院的120名护士长为调查对象,对其一般情况、工作现状、难点进行调查和分析.结果 护士长年龄结构基本合理,三级医院护士长素质总体略高于二级医院,在学历、职称构成上差异有统计学意义;护士长工作内容具体、涉及面广,非管理工作牵扯了大量精力;护士长认为管理难点集中于护理质量的管理、护士的再教育和与患者的沟通方面;护士长工作缺乏强有力的支持.结论 护士长应运用科学的管理方法和技术,提高工作效率;院领导层应从多方面为护士长提供有力支持;建立《护士长的规范化培训制度》,系统规范对护士长进行管理知识的培训非常必要.

Abstract:Objective To put forward strategy, for bettering the current situation of head nurses team and push the development of re- gional subject of nursing by studying the current work situations of head nurses in Jingzhou Municipal comprehensive hospitals. Methods From Del. 2006 to Jan.2007, 120 head nurses from 5 second-class hospitals and 2 third-class hospitals in Jingzhou were involved in the investigation on their general situation, current work situation and difficulties. Results The age structure was roughly reasonable. The head nurses from the third-class hospitals were better than those from the second-class in general quality, even with significant differences in respect of academic diploma and professional title. The work of head nurses covered a wide range and part of it was of non-management. The difficulties focused on management of nursing quality, re-training of nurses and communication with patients. Their work was restrained from powerful support. Conclusion Head nurses should raise their work efficiency using sci- entific management and technology. Leaders of the hospital should provide them with strong support from multi-dimensions. Standard- ized Training System for Head Nurses should be established to standardize the training of head nurses in management necessarily.
