随着医学模式的转变,治疗效果的评估体系也逐渐由以医师评判为主转向以患者自己的主观感受为主,这就需要对患者的主观感受有相应的量化标准,应运而生的是生存质量量表的评判标准。慢性鼻-鼻窦炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见病,其突出表现常随着病情的发展严重困扰患者日常生活,生存质量量表非常适用于评测其疗效,现对常规评估病情方式和国外各种鼻-鼻窦炎生存质量量表进行综述。

Therapeutic Effect and Quality of Life Assessment of Chronic Nasal Rhino-Sinusitis

With the transformation of medical model,the quality of life scale has become the major standard to judge therapeutic effect,since the therapeutic effect evaluation system has been transforming from objective of the doctors to subjective of the patients.Chronic nasal sinusitis is the most common disease in otorhinolaryngology,the most noticeable manifestation is that it severely distresses patients′ daily life along with the development of the disease,which is very suitable for quality of life scale to evaluate its efficacy.Here is to make a review on the conventional evaluation and foreign quality of life evaluation of various rhinosinusitis.
