微创经皮肾镜取石术在开放手术后肾结石中疗效及安全性的观察

目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术在开放手术后肾结石中疗效及安全性。方法选取2009年7月-2011年7月于本院采用传统经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗的28例开放手术后肾结石患者为对照组,同期采用微创经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗的28例患者为观察组,比较两组患者的结石清除率、手术时间、复发率、并发症发生率及手术前后的血清hs-CRP、肾功能指标。结果观察组结石清除率高于对照组,复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,术后7d的血清hs-CRP、Cr及BUN均低于对照组,GFR高于对照组,P均〈0.05,而两组手术时间无显著性差异,P〉0.05。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术在开放手术后肾结石中疗效及安全性均较佳。

Observation on the effect and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in kidney calculi after open operation

Objective To study the effect and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in kidney calculi after open operation. Methods 28 patients with kidney calculi after open operation who were treated with traditional percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2011 were selected as control group, and 28 patients who were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy at the same time were selected as observation group, then the stone clearance rate, operation time, recurrence rate, incidence of complications and serum hs-CRP, renal function indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The stone clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, recurrence rate and incidence of complications were lower than those of control group, serum hs-CRP, Cr and BUN after the operation at seventh day were all lower than those of control group, GFR were higher than those of control group, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences, but the operation time of two groups had no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusion The effect and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in kidney calculi after open operation is better.
