| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩超在鉴别肺实性病变良恶性方面的诊断价值.方法 对81例肺实性占位病例进行二维、能量多普勒(CDPI)观察及频谱分析,测量动脉收缩期最大峰值流速(Vp)和阻力指数(RI),所有病例均经穿刺病理证实.结果 二维观察良性病变多为类圆形或楔形,内均匀,有支气管相,胸膜多平整或增厚,炎性假瘤多为偏强回声,有包膜;恶性多为不规则形,有分叶征、毛刺征,内部不均,多无支气管相或强回声斑点,可有胸膜凹陷或中断.能量多普勒观察良性较恶性病变的血流丰富,有显著性差异.良性病变动脉峰值流速(45.43±20.01)cm/s,RI:0.67±0.33;恶性病变分别为(22.41±8.68)cm/s,0.47±0.15,但恶性病变不同组织学类型间血流无统计学差异.结论 能量多普勒能很好显示肺实性占位的血流状况,对鉴别肺实性占位良恶性有重要的诊断价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler sonography for pulmonary solid masses in differentiating malignant from benign lung tumors. Methods Eighty-one patients with pulmonary lesions were examined by 2D-ultrasonography and color Doppler power image,then measuring peak systolic velocity and the resistive index.All cases were confirmed by pathology.
