| 摘 要： | 从人胎肝组织纯化肝细胞生长刺激物质（ｈＨＳＳ）,经过匀浆、热处理、乙醇沉淀、ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ５０离子交换层析和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ７５凝胶过滤,聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳及ＩＳＣＯＣｏｎｃｅｎｔｒａｔｏｒ转移浓缩电泳等步骤,分离出具有ＨＳＳ活性的蛋白质。经ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳显示５３ＫＤ与１８ＫＤ两条带。

| Abstract: | uman Hepatic Stimulator Substance(hHSS)has been purified from human fetal liver,The purifi-cation steps include heating at 95 C for 15min. 40%cold ethanol precipitation,ion-exchange chro-matography on DEAE-Sephadex S50 column and gel filtratiori on Sephadex G 75,Polyacrylamide GelElectrophoresis(PAGE)and ISCO Concentrator transfer Electrophoresis. The protein with hHSS ac-tivity has been obtained.SDS-PAGE showed two bands with Mr of 18 KD and 5 3 KD. |
