摘    要:
传统的以学科为中心的教学模式存在课程间横向联系松散,基础知识体系缺乏相互融合,不利于医学生临床疾病诊治技能的学习。建设一门适应五年制高等医学教育对实用型医学人才培养的基础医学综合实验课程是本研究目的。文章对五年制高等医学院校建设临床前基础医学综合实验课程的必要性和实施效果进行了分析和总结。

Construction and thoughts on preclinical integrated experimental course in preclinical medicine

Abstract:
There are some disadvantages, for instance,the disconnection between the former and later-stage's courses in the traditional discipline-oriented teaching patterns of sequential transition from preclinieal medical courses. It is ineffective to learn clinical disease diagnosis and treatment as well as the therapeutic techniques. In order to develop an integrated experimental curriculum of preclinical medicine,which could best fit in with the training of practical medical talents in our five-year program in medical education,and is also our studying aim. This paper emphasizes the reason why and how to establish and carry out the preclinical integrated experimental course during the period of five-year program in medical education.
