| Abstract: | Hypoglycemic polypeptide (PA) was extracted from Momordica charantia seeds with organic acid and ethanol and purified with Sephadex G-50 gel filtration and RP-HPLC. PA was judged as plant insulin on the base of the analysis of its SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and amino acid composition. |
