护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响

目的探讨早期护理干预对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将100例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组52例和观察组48例,对照组给予神经内科常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上同时实施早期护理干预。于干预前、干预后应用Barthel指数评定日常生活活动能力(ADL),Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分法评定肢体运动功能,并比较两组并发症的发生情况。结果两组患者干预前后ADL、FMA评分均有一定程度改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组患者的并发症发生情况明显好于对照组。结论早期护理干预能改善脑卒中患者肢体运动功能、提高日常生活活动能力,减少并发症发生。

Nursing Intervention on the Influence of the Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy Hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the early nursing intervention for patients with stroke recovery of limb function.Methods 100 patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group of 52 patients and observation group,48 patients in the control group received routine treatment and care of neurology,on the basis of the observation group in the same time the implementation of early care and intervention.To intervene before the application of the Barthel index assessed after the intervention activities of daily living(ADL),Fugl-Meyer(FMA) score assessment of motor function and complications were compared between two groups.Results Two groups of patients before and after intervention ADL,FMA score had improved to some extent,the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The patients of the complications were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The early care and intervention can improve motor function in stroke patients,to improve activities of daily living and reduce complications.
