类风湿性关节炎患者生命质量及相关因素分析

目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的生命质量及相关因素。方法对符合诊断标准的60例RA患者应用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)进行心理状态和生命质量评定,并比较不同病程、伴或不伴有焦虑或抑郁患者的生活质量,分析其相关性。结果RA患者SF-36各维度评分均显著低于中国常模(P<0.01),病程>4年的患者的生活质量低于病程少于4年的患者(P<0.05),伴有抑郁或焦虑症状的类风湿关节类患者的躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康感(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)6个维度评分显著低于不伴抑郁或焦虑症状的患者(P<0.05)。结论RA患者生活质量低于一般正常人群,病程长,伴有抑郁或焦虑症状患者的生活质量受损更加严重。

The Analysis of Quality of Life and Correlation Factor about Rheumatic Arthritis Patients

Objective To discuss the quality of life and correlation factor about rheumatic arthritis（RA） patient. Methods To conforms to the diagnosis standard 60 cases of RA patient using the Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）, the Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）, the short form-36 physical functioning scale （SF-36） to carry on the psychology and quality of life, and according to different course, the partner either are not accompanied by anxious or the depression patient＇s quality of life, analyzes its relevance. Results Rheumatic arthritis patient with SF-36 various dimensions grading obviously is lower than China normal model （P〈0.01）, the course is longer than 4 year patient＇s quality of life to be lower than the course short in 4 year patient （P〈0.05）, is accompanied by depression either the anxious symptom kind of rheumatic arthritis patient＇s body ache （BP）, the overall healthy feeling （GH）, the life vigor （VT）, the social function （SF）, the emotion function （RE）, the mental health （MH） 6 dimension grading obviously is lower than does not accompany depression or the anxious symptom patient （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rheumatic arthritis patient quality of life is lower than the common normal crowd, the course is long, and accompanied by depression or the anxious symptom patient＇s quality of life suffers injury is more serious.
