输尿管镜经扭曲输尿管取石157例分析

目的 总结经尿道输尿管镜手术中通过输尿管扭曲的经验。方法 对157例输尿管结石合并明显输尿管扭曲的患者，接受经尿道输尿管镜手术。结果 经采用多种操作方法和技巧，149例输尿管镜通过扭曲的输尿管段并且手术获得成功，8例失败，改开放手术或经皮肾输尿管镜取石治疗。结论 输尿管扭曲是经尿道输尿管镜手术取石常遇到的问题，应用一定的操作技巧，能使硬输尿管镜通过绝大多数扭曲的部位达到取石的目的。

Analysis of Calculus Removal from 157 Cases with Twisted Renal Duct by Ureteroscope

Objective To summarize experiences of calculus removal m treatment of twistea renat auct by ureteroscope. Methods 157 cases with ureteral calculus accompanied by obvious twisted renal duct underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Results Among all the cases undergoing multiple methods of operation and techniques, 149 cases were conducted calculus removal through the twisted renal duct by ureteroscope and the operation was successful, while 8 cases failed and transformed to open operation or performed calculus removal treatment with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Condusion The twisted renal duct was common problems in operation of calculus removal with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and application of some operative techniques could let hard ureteroscope pass through the position of majorities of twisted renal duct so as to achieve the excellent results.
