摘    要:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对198例尖锐湿疣、凝尖锐湿疣患者进行HPV-6,11感染的基因诊断。结果HPV-6,11阳性142例,阳性率71.7%(142/198)。其中尖锐湿疣患者106例,HPV-6,11阳性76例,生率71.70%(76/106);疑尖锐湿疣患者92例,HPV-6,11阳性66例,阳性率71.73%(66/92)。说明无明显临床症状者,经PCR技术检测可得到诊断。

Abstract:Gene diagnosis with polymerase chain reaction was detected in 198 cases with condyloma acuminatum and doubtful condyloma acuminatum.HPV-6,11 DNA was demonstrated in 142 of 198(71 72%) among which HPV-6,11 DNA was 71 70%(76/106) for condyloma acuminatum and HPV-6,11 DNA was 71 73%(66/92) for doubtful condyloma acuminatum.So PCR technique for selective detecting HPV-6,11 DNA might be helpful to early finding and treatment of condyloma acuminatum and doubtful condyloma acuminatum then to prevent the marlignant changes of cervices.
