| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术对１９８例尖锐湿疣、凝尖锐湿疣患者进行ＨＰＶ－６,１１感染的基因诊断。结果ＨＰＶ－６,１１阳性１４２例,阳性率７１．７％（１４２／１９８）。其中尖锐湿疣患者１０６例,ＨＰＶ－６,１１阳性７６例,生率７１．７０％（７６／１０６）;疑尖锐湿疣患者９２例,ＨＰＶ－６,１１阳性６６例,阳性率７１．７３％（６６／９２）。说明无明显临床症状者,经ＰＣＲ技术检测可得到诊断。

| Abstract: | Gene diagnosis with polymerase chain reaction was detected in 198 cases with condyloma acuminatum and doubtful condyloma acuminatum.HPV-6,11 DNA was demonstrated in 142 of 198(71 72%) among which HPV-6,11 DNA was 71 70%(76/106) for condyloma acuminatum and HPV-6,11 DNA was 71 73%(66/92) for doubtful condyloma acuminatum.So PCR technique for selective detecting HPV-6,11 DNA might be helpful to early finding and treatment of condyloma acuminatum and doubtful condyloma acuminatum then to prevent the marlignant changes of cervices. |
