| 摘 要： | 我们将常规的ＨＡＭＰＴ方案中的氨甲喋呤（ＭＴＸ）剂量改为大剂量组成良的ＨＡＭＰＴ方案治疗难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病（ＡＬＬ）２０例，１７例完全缓解，３例部分缓解。其中１６／１７例一疗程则获完全缓解（ＣＲ），ＣＲ率８５％，诱导缓解时间平均１７天。本方案疗效较满意，副作小用，可作为难治作ＡＬＬ治疗的较好方法。

| Abstract: | The treatment of resistant and relapsed cases of acute leukemia is a diffcult. clinical problem and is usually unsatifactory. The authors reported in this paper the treatment of 23 cases with refractory acute lymphocytic leukemia with modified HAMPT protocol since 1988 to 1991, there were 19 eases (82 .6%) achieved complete remission (CR) and 16 cases of them obtained after one course. This regimen was effective in the treatment of refractory without severe side effects.It was noted that the continued chemotherapies other than HAMPT for post-indution remission therapy could be useful to improve long-term survivors and prolong duration of remission. |
