被保护性约束精神分裂症患者心理护理效果评价

目的探讨心理护理对被保护性约束精神分裂症患者的影响。方法将100例被保护性约束的住院精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例，对实验组进行心理护理。分别在患者入院时及护理前后采用简明精神症状量表、精神科护理观察量表、一般情况量表等进行评定，并比较两组之间的差异。结果心理护理后实验组的简明精神症状量表、精神科护理观察量表、自知力分、依从性分、保护性约束次数和危险行为次数均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论心理护理能改善被保护性约束精神分裂症患者的自知力、依从性、精神症状和社会生活技能，减少危险行为的发生。

Evaluations of mental nursing efficacy in portectively-constrained schizophrenics

Objective TO explore the effects of mental nursing on portectivelyconstrained schizophrenics. Methods One hundred portectively-constrained hospitalized schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups ot 50 patients each, experimental group received mental nursing. Assessments were conducted with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）,Nurses＇ Observation Rating Seale（NORS） and General Situation Questionnaire（GSQ） on admission and before ans after mental nursing, group differences compared. Results After mental nursing, the scores of the BPRS,NORS,insight and compliane and frequencies of protective constraint and dangerous behavior were significantly lower in the experimental than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mental Nusing can inprove insight, compliance, mental symptoms and social life skills and reduce the oceueeence of dangerous behavior.
