Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物干预前后对比分析

目的探讨实施干预措施对焦作市第二人民医院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的影响。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取焦作市第二人民医院2012年1⁶月(干预前组)及2012年76月(干预前组)及2012年7¹2月(干预后组)Ⅰ类切口手术病历454份,对2组患者预防性使用抗菌药物的情况进行对比分析。结果通过实施干预措施,焦作市第二人民医院围术期预防性抗菌药物使用率由干预前的62.19%降至干预后的9.88%;术前2 h以内预防给药率由干预前的48.80%升至干预后的88.00%;总用药时间≤24 h的比例则由25.60%升至84.00%。结论对围术期预防性应用抗菌药物实施干预,可促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Analysis of prophylactic application of antibacterial agents in type I incision surgery before and af- ter intervention

Objective To discuss the effect of intervention measures on prophylactic application of antibacterial agents in type I incision surgery in Jiaozuo Municipal Second People＇s Hospital. Methods In retrospective study,the discharged medical records of patients who underwent type I incision operation were randomly collected from Jiaozuo Municipal Second People＇s Hospital during January to June in 2012（ non-intervention gToup） and July to December in 2012（ intervention group）. The prophylactic application of antibiotics in 2 groups was analyzed comparatively. Results By taking intervention measures, the utilization ratio of antibiotics decreased from 62.19% before intervention to 9.88% after intervention in Jiaozuo Municipal Second People＇s Hospital. The proportion of administration 2 hours before operation increased from 48.80% to 88.00% after intervention;the proportion of total treatment time ≤24 hours increased from 25.60% to 84.00% after intervention. Conclu- sion It is benefical to promote the rational use of antibiotics by intervening in perioperativing prophylactic application of anti- bacterial agents in hospital.
