| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病肾病肾组织中Notch信号通路的表达情况,探讨其与糖尿病肾病肾脏损害的关系。方法收集10例手术切除的远离肿瘤的瘤旁肾组织及34例糖尿病肾病肾穿刺组织,免疫组化检测Jagged1、Notch1、NICD1和Hes1蛋白表达情况。结果 Jagged1、Notch1、NICD1和Hes1蛋白在糖尿病肾病肾组织中高表达,并与24小时尿蛋白成正相关,而与肾小球滤过率成负相关。结论 Notch信号通路在糖尿病肾病肾组织中激活,与糖尿病肾病肾脏损伤有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective This study aimed to observe the expression of Notch pathway in renal tissues of patients with diabetic nephropathy and to investigate its relation with kidney injury of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The tissue samples were ten pericarcinous kidney tissues and thirty-four diabetic nephropathy tissues of renal biopsy. The protein expressions of Jagged1, Notch1, NICD1 and Hesl were determinated by immunohistochemistry. Results The protein expression levels of Jagged1, Notch1, NICD1 and Hesl increased in diabetic nephropathy tissues. The expression of Notch pathway protein was positively correlated to 24 h urine protein, hut negatively correlated to eGFR. Conclusion The activation of notch pathway may involve in kidney injury of diabetic nephropathy. |
