综合医院精神疾病自杀未遂患者的服药依从性分析

目的了解综合医院心理咨询门诊精神疾病自杀未遂患者的服药依从性及其影响因素。方法依据自制的一般情况调查表、服药依从性调查问卷及自知力问卷,对222例精神疾病自杀未遂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,应用多元回归分析研究服药依从性的相关因素。结果被试服药完全依从率为30.63%;和部分依从组相比,完全依从组自知力完整者构成比更高（χ^2=2.655,P=0.008）,居住在市区内者更多（χ^2=2.240,P=0.025）;以依从性为因变量,仅自知力进入回归方程,β=0.312,P〈0.01。结论精神疾病自杀未遂患者服药依从性差,自知力是影响其依从性的重要因素。

Related Factors of Medication Compliance in Mental Outpatients with Suicidal Attempt from General Hospital

Objective To explore the related factors of medication compliance in mental outpatients with suicidal attempt from general hospital.Methods The investigation was carried out with self-designed questionnaires,including general conditions,medication compliance and insight.A retrospective study was conducted of 222 mental outpatients with suicide attempt from 2007 to 2008 in general hospital.The multiple regression analysis was used to study the related factors of medication compliance.Results Complete-compliance rate was 30.63%,Complete-compliance group had a higher rate of complete insight（χ^2=2.655,P=0.008）and urban residents（χ^2=2.240,P=0.025）than partial-compliance group.Medication compliance of mental outpatients with suicidal attempt was positively correlated with insight（β=0.312,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Insight might play important role on medication compliance of mental outpatients with suicide attempt in general hospital.
