| 摘 要： | 目的 观察丹红注射液对梗死后心绞痛（PIA）患者血流变、血脂的影响.方法 将54例PIA患者随机分为两组：治疗组27例和对照组27例;两组均给予常规药物治疗,治疗组加用丹红注射液滴注,疗程两周;观察两组血流变、血脂变化.结果 治疗后两组血流变、血脂均降低,且治疗组降低更明显,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规内科治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗能够改善PIA患者血流变及调整血脂,疗效明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of danhong injection on post infarction angina pectoris （PIA） patients with blood rheology,blood lipid.Methods 54 cases of PIA were randomly divided into two groups：Theragy group 27 cases and control group 27 cases;two groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with danhong injection infusion,2 weeks treatment.Results Two groups blood rheology,blood lipid changes.Results After treatment,two groups of blood rheology,blood lipid were decreased,and the treatment group decreased more significantly,there were significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Danhong injection therapy based on conventional Department of internal medicine treatment can improve the blood rheology and blood lipids in patients with PIA,curative effect. |
