全腹腔镜下保胆取石(息肉)术的临床研究

目的探讨腹腔镜保胆取石术和取息肉术的临床价值。方法选取2010年12月至2012年12月就诊的124例胆囊结石(息肉)患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。观察组行全腹腔镜下保胆取石(息肉)术,对照组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,分析两组治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果与对照组相比较,观察组患者手术时间和住院时间明显缩短(P0.05)。观察组3例中转行LC,其余59例保胆成功,2例患者术后出现并发症,发生率为3.2%(2/62)。对照组7例患者术后出现并发症,发生率为11.29%(7/62)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论严格把握手术适应证,全腹腔镜下保胆取石(息肉)术安全、有效、微创,具有临床推广价值。

The clinical research of Laparoscopic gallbladder stone(polyP)

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystolithotomyand polypus operation. Methods 124 cases of gallstonein（ polyP） in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each group,from December 2010 to December 2012. The observation group underwent total laparoscopic gallbladder stone（ polyP）,the control group underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,analysed the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group were operative time and hospital stay was significantly shorter（ P〈0. 05）. Observed in 3 patients switch LC,the remaining 59 cases of gallbladder success,two cases of postoperative complications,the incidence was 3. 2%（ 2 /62）. The control group patients were seven cases of complications,the incidence was 11. 29%（ 7 /62）. The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Strictly control the operation indications,laparoscopic gallbladderstone（ polyP） was safe,effective minimally invasive,and can be recommended inclinics.
