摘    要:目的:探讨乌三颗粒对肿瘤新生血管形成的干预及干预机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法,病理彩色图像定量分析法,对各小鼠S180肉瘤组织进行MVD、VEGF和bFGF表达的检测,结果:乌三颗粒能明显下调MVD、VEGF和bFGF的表达。结论:乌三颗粒对肿瘤新生血管的形成有明显干预作用,这可能是乌三颗粒抗肿瘤的重要途径之一。

Abstract:Objective: To study inhibitory effect and mechanism of Wusan Granule on tumor angiogensis. Methods: The expression of MVD?VEGF and bFGF in S 180 sarcoma were studied by using immunohistochemistry, and were assessed by computer image analysis system. Results: The expression of MVD?VEGF and bFGF were decreased significantly by treatment of Wusan Granule, compared with the control group. Conclusion: Wusan Granule can obviously inhibit the tumor angiogensis and it is the one of pathways on anti tumor of Wusan Granule.
