固定式横腭杆口外弓加强上颌磨牙支抗的比较研究

分别用固定式横腭杆、口外弓加强上颌磨牙支抗配合方丝弓矫治技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类 1分类患者 ,对其上颌磨牙前移量进行比较研究。结果表明 ,前者支抗丧失较后者多 ,但两者差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。固定式横腭杆同样可获得较好的支抗控制 ,且患者易于接受。

A Comparative Study of Fixed Palatal Arch and Face Bow in Reinforcing the Maxillary First Molar Anchorage

Fixed palatal arch and face bow in combination with edgewise technique were used to reinforce the anchorage of the maxillary first molar to treat 10 patients with class Ⅱ division 1 deformity. Preoperation and post-operation lateral cephalograms were compared by mesial movement distance of the maxillary first molar cephalometric analysis items. The result showed that loss of the maxillary first molar anchorage with fix palatal arch was larger than loss of the other, but had no significant difference(P>0.05). So the same satisfactory effect of reinforced anchorage of the maxillary first molar with palatal arch was obtained as did with face bow, and was accepted easily by patients because of safety and comfor.
