抗震救灾野战医院护理组织管理工作实践

分析了四川地震灾害过程中野战医疗救护的现状，针对时间紧追、伤情复杂、条件艰苦的特点，提出在野战医院护理组织管理工作中，要注重依势选址建院、完善管理体系、协调统配资源、强化专业培训、关心爱护队员等。通过这些管理举措，确保了野战医院各项工作的有序运行，为维护灾区群众的生命安全和健康发挥了积极的作用。

Application of Nursing Administration in the Field Hospital of the Earthquake Disaster Rescue

This article analyzed the features of the field medical rescue in the Sichuan Earthquake of China in May of 2008.A systematic nursing administration approach was used in according with the characteristics of field medical rescue in the earthquake disaster,such as time limiting,patient condition complexity and difficult environment.The nursing administration approach emphasized principles such as building the field hospital,improving administrative system,organizing resources,enhancing training before the task,as well as caring for nurses.These measures guaranteed the running of the field hospital which played important role in saving lives and improving health of people in the earthquake site.
