| 新生儿脐血红细胞体积分布宽度正常参考值探讨及意义 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文以新生儿脐血替代静脉血观察新生儿红细胞体积分布宽度（ＲＤＷ）的正常参考值范围。结果显示：男女ＲＤＷ值分别为１５．３％和５．４％，两者间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但新生儿ＬＲＤＷ显著高于正常母亲组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。此外，新生儿脐血ＲＤＷ变化与母亲ＲＤＷ变化无关。提示新生儿脐血的ＲＤＷ变化作为新生儿ＲＤＷ的参考值是一有效的方法，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | he normal reference values of Red Cell Volume Distribution Width(RDW)were observed by using uinbilical blood of newborn infants insted of venous blood. The results showed that RDW were 15.3% for male and 15.4%for female,respectively,with no signilicant differences between two groups (P>0.05).But RDW of newbern infantgroup was obrviously hlgher than that of mother group P< 0.05).The results also comfirmed changes of RDW inumbilical blood of newborn infant group were not related to that of RDW in mother group.It was suggested thatchanges of RDW in umbilical blood of newborn infant were regarded as normal reference values of RDW in newborninfant,which was an effective and safe method and it is valuable to spread in clinical application. |
