浅部真菌病患者生活质量评价及治疗的依从性

目的:评价浅部真菌病对患者生活质量的影响以及患者治疗的依从性对疗效的影响。方法:对1433例浅部真菌病患者治疗前后填写皮肤病生活质量调查表:调查记录患者对治疗方案的依从性。结果:患者生活质量治疗前后有显著性差异(P0.05)。在1433例患者中,依从性良好者治愈率为78.61%(713/907),依从性不良患者治愈率为16.54%(87/526)。股癣患者的依从性最好79.29%(222/280),其余依次是体癣71.43%(185/259)、花斑癣67.26%(187/278)、手癣64.42%(210/326),足癣患者依从性最差35.52%(103/290)。结论:几种浅部真菌病对患者生活质量影响显著,依从性对疗效有明显影响。

Life quality assessment and compliance in the treatment of dermatomycosis

Objective： To assess life quality and compliance among the patients with dermatomycosis. Methods： Information on the life quality was collected and compared before and after treatment with a ques- tionnaire of Dermatology Life Quality Index （DLQI） in 1433 patients with dermatomycosis. Results： The life quality was significantly improved when compared between before and after treatments （P〈0.05）. The cure rates in the patients with good compliance was 78.61% （713/907） ,while only 16.54% （87/526）in noncompli- ant patients. The compliance of patients with tinea corporis was 79.29% （222/280）, followed by tinea cruris 71.43% （185/259）, tinea versicolor 67.26% （187/278）, tinea manuum 64.42% （210/326）and tinea pedis 35.52% （103/290）. Conclusion： Our study suggests that dermatomycosis has a great effect on the life quality of the patients and successful treatment is correlated to the adherence to the treatment.
