奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效观察

目的对奥曲肽治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效及不良反应进行评价。方法将63名患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组32例，对照组31例。在两组基础治疗相同的情况下，治疗组采用奥曲肽，对照组采用垂体后叶素，观察两组止血效果及不良反应。结果治疗组显效率为75％，总有效率93．75％，对照组显效率为45．16％，总有效率77．41％，两组显效率有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），总有效率有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静曲张破裂出血的止血效果明显，无明显的毒副作用。

Clinical observation of octreotide on treatment of esophagogastric varices bleeding
