摘    要:目的 建立保济丸的HPLC指纹图谱.方法 色谱柱为Agilent Extent-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为225nm,流速为2.0mL·min-1,柱温为35℃.结果 通过对10批样品进行检测,拟定了保济丸的HPLC指纹参照图谱;以和厚朴酚峰为参照峰,确定了图谱中22个共有峰,并对15个特征峰进行了归属性研究.10批样品相似度均在0.95以上.结论 本方法准确、可靠,建立的指纹图谱能较全面客观地反映保济丸的质量水平.

Abstract:OBjECTIVE To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Baoji Pills. METHODS The chromatographic fingerprint was carried out on an Agilent Extent-C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm,5μm) with the gradient elution solvent system of acetonitrile-water. The detection wavelength was set at 225nm, the flow rate was 2. 0mL · min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 35℃. RESULTS A reference HPLC fingerprint was established based on the detection results of 10 different batches of Baoji Pills. In this chromatography condition, 22 co-possessing peaks were confirmed with the reference peak of honokiol, among which 15 characteristic peaks were assorted. The similarity degree of the 10 batches of samples was more than 0.95. CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and can reflect completely the information for the quality of Baoji Pills.
