| 摘 要： | 目的:观察驱风解痉止咳汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效;方法:将62例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例),对照组给以口服咳必清(喷托维林)、吸入舒立迭(50μg/250μg),万托林气雾剂;治疗组在此基础上加用驱风解痉止咳汤。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率和气道反应性均优于对照组(P<0.5)。结论:驱风解痉止咳汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘确有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng Jiejing Zhike Recipe in the treatment of the patients with cough variability asthma( CVA). Methods: 62 patients with CVA were randomly divided into the treatment group( n = 32) and control group( n = 30). All of the patients were treated with Pentoxyverine orally,Salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder by inhalation and albuterol aerosol by inhalation. On the foundation,the patients in treatment group received Qufeng Jiejing Zhike Recipe besides the above-mentioned therapies. Results: Total effective rate and indices of airway reactivity( AR) in treatment group after treatment all were superior to those of controls( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Qufeng Jiejing Zhike Recipe can significantly improve the curative effect in the treatment of the patients with CVA. |
