中西医结合治疗青少年学生功能性便秘临床观察

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散联合聚已二醇4000散剂治疗青少年功能性便秘的疗效。方法:选择近3年在我院门诊就诊并确诊为FC的青少年学生患者62名,随机分为两组,治疗组:柴胡疏肝散日1剂,水煎服100 m L,3次/d,聚已二醇4000散,10 g/次,2次/d;对照组单用聚已二醇4000散,服法同治疗组;两组疗程均为4周。观察两组的排便次数、排便时间、大便性状、排便难易程度,及腹胀等伴随症状。结果:治疗组临床有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为80%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,两者相比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合聚已二醇4000散治疗青少年学生FC疗效明显优于单用聚已二醇4000散的对照组,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Treating Functional Constipation Suffered by Teenager Students with Integration of Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with 4000 powder of polyethylene glycol in treating teenager students' functional constipation. Methods: 62 teenager students who have visited the doctors in our clinic and have been definitely diagnosed to suffer from FC were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group: Chaihu Shugan Powder,100 m L and three times per day with 4000 powder of polyethylene glycol in 10 g per time and twice a day. Control group: 4000 powder of polyethylene glycol in 10 g per time and twice a day only. The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. We observed times of defecations,time of defecations,shape of the stools,difficulty of the defecations and abdominal fullness and other accompanying symptoms. Results: The curative effect was 93. 75% in treatment group but 80% in control group. So the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that in control group( P < 0. 05). It is the sign of difference from the two groups' comparison in the point of statistics. Conclusion: The application of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with 4000 powder of polyethylene glycol has an obvious better curative effect than the application 4000 powder of polyethylene glycol only in treating functional constipation in teenager students. It is worth to be popularized.
