浅析中医脉诊客观化的新思路

脉诊是中医学最具特色和标志性一种诊断方法,但对中医脉诊进行准确掌握、灵活运用具有较大难度。自上世纪50年代,国内的专家学者开始对中医脉诊进行客观化研究,虽取得了诸多成绩,但脉诊的客观化并未产生突破性进展,在临床应用上也未凸显出脉诊——这种无创诊断的优势。因此,脉诊的客观化研究倍受关注。金氏脉学理论在传统脉学的基础上结合现代医学的理论,实现了中医辨证与西医辨病思想的统一,搭建中医脉学与现代医学的桥梁,根据金氏脉学理论进行脉诊客观化的研究,可能是中医脉诊客观化的根本思路和新方向。

New Idea of Objectification of Pulse Diagnosis Based on Jin's Pulse Theory

The pulse diagnosis,a diagnostic method of traditional Chinese medicine,is the most characteristic and symbol.But the pulse diagnosis is accurate and its flexible use is of great difficulty. Since 1950 s,domestic experts and scholars began to objectively research TCM and have made many achievements. But TCM did not have a breakthrough. The clinical application is not highlighted the pulse-this noninvasive diagnostic advantage. Therefore,the objective study of pulse diagnosis attracts much attention. Jin's Pulse theory combined with modern medical theory based on traditional pulse theory realizes the unity of TCM syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation ideas and builds a bridge between the traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. According to Jin's pulse theory of TCM,TCM objective may be the fundamental ideas and new direction.
