加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的干预作用

目的:观察加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压病的疗效及其对血尿酸代谢的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组口服氯沙坦50 mg·d-1;治疗组给予加味半夏白术天麻汤,每天1剂,疗程8周。观察两组的血压及血尿酸变化和不良反应。结果:证候疗效总有效率治疗组89.7%,高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血尿酸水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组血尿酸水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味半夏白术天麻汤对痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压病有较显著的疗效,并能较明显降低血尿酸水平。

Study on Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on Uric Acid Metabolism in Patients with Phlegm-Damp Accumulation Sydnrome of Hypertension Associated with Hyperuricemia

Objective: To study the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on uric acid metabolism in patients with phlegm-damp accumulation sydnrome of hypertension associated with hyperuricemia. Methods: 60 cases with peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each group contained 30 cases. The treatment group took traditional Chinese medicine Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and the control group was given Losartan. Eight weeks was a course of treatment. The changes in serum level of uric acid and hypertension were observed after treatment by Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction for eight weeks. Results: The curative total effective rate was 89. 7% in the treatment group and higher than 71. 4% in the control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment group's blood uric acid level after treatment was lower than that before treatment( P < 0. 01).Treatment group's blood uric acid level after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can reduce the blood pressure and it can also decrease the serum level of uric acid.
