绝经综合征论治难点与对策分析

绝经综合征是妇科常见病多发病,绝经相关症状及绝经后相关疾病具有多系统、多样化的特点,严重影响绝经期及绝经后女性的身心健康,故确立绝经相关症状和疾病的治疗对策,对提高和改善妇女的生活质量有重要意义。目前现代医学主要是采用激素疗法(HT)治疗,中医学也发挥重要作用。文章分析了绝经综合征中潮热汗出、情绪障碍及绝经远期病变的防治难点与对策,希冀有益于开拓中医药防治绝经综合征思路和提高防治水平。

Analysis of Difficulties and Countermeasures When Treating Menopausal Syndrome

Menopausal syndrome is the common gynecological disease. Menopause and menopause-related symptoms are associated with multi-system diseases and a variety of features and seriously affect menopausal and post-menopausal women' s health. Therefore,to establish menopause-related symptoms and treatment strategies of the disease is very important to enhance and improve the quality of life of women. Currently,modern medicine mainly uses hormone therapy( HT) treatment. TCM also plays an important role. In this paper,hot flashes and sweating and mood disorders of menopausal syndrome and prevention of long-term disease-menopausal difficulties and countermeasures were analyzed. We hope to improve ways of thinking and prevention and treatment levels of menopausal syndrome by Chinese medicine.
