腹部病变螺旋CT三维重建技术的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在腹部病变中的应用价值.方法对40例腹部肿瘤或大血管病变患者进行螺旋CT扫描和三维重建.使用TOSHIBA/SX螺旋CT扫描机,以3~5mm/s进床速度,3mm的X线束厚度进行螺旋扫描,图像重建间隙1.5mm.所获的容积数据输入Sun Sparc Station 20工作站,再用TOSHIBA Xtension 2.01版本软件,重建出病变及其周围大血管和骨骼的三维图像.结果40例腹部肿瘤或大血管病变三维CT重建图像显示良好.腹部病变的整体形态及与周围解剖结构的关系得到较好的观察.结论螺旋CT扫描获得的容积数据可以重建出高质量的腹部肿瘤或大血管病变的三维图像,能为临床医生提供腹部病变、腹主动脉、下腔静脉及肾脏之间的立体图像.从另一角度为临床医生制定手术方案提供帮助.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of 3D CT reconstruction technique in tumor and great vessel. Methods: Helical CT scan of 40 cases with abodominal diseases were done in 3 mm collimation and 3~5 mm table speed by Toshiba Xpress/SX CT scanner. Then 3D reconstruction was performed by sun sparc station 20 workstation and TOSHIBA Xtension 2.01 software. Results: Good 3D reconstruction images were acquired in all 40 cases. The stereoscopy of abdominal great vessel, information within the tumor and their relationship with surrounding tissue could be displayed in 3D reconstruction images. Conclusions: 3D CT reconstruction might be useful for showing more information in diagnosis of abdominal tumor and great vessel. 3D image helps the surgeon in the preoperative diagnosis and surgical planning in abdominal tumor and great vessel.
