| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药通腑汤灌肠在腹部术后对恢复肠道功能的疗效。方法:对45例患者采用中药通腑汤灌肠配合胃肠减压等常规治疗,与仅采用常规治疗处理的45例腹部术后患者进行比较。结果:治疗组在术后排气、排便时间与对照组术后排便时间存在显著性差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:通腑汤灌肠在腹部术后对恢复肠道功能有确切的疗效。

| Abstract: | Object:To discuss the efficacy of herbal enema on recovering intestinal function after abdominal operation.Method:45 cases were treated by routine therapy combined with herbal enema,the other 45 cases just routine therapy,and then compared with their efficacy.Result:There was significance difference between 2 groups in defecation and venting time.Conclusion:TongFutang enema has satisfaction effect to recover Intestinal function. |
