人喉部肿瘤PCNA表达及AgNORs计数的研究

摘    要:
采用免疫组化染色及银染技术,对55例喉部病变中PCNA表达及AgNORs计数进行了检测。结果显示:慢性喉炎、喉乳头状瘤及喉癌的PCNA指数分别为1501%、2638%和4806%,组间两两比较有显著差异(P<0001)。AgNORs计数分别为262,334和488,组间两两比较有明显差异(P<001)。高、中、低分化鳞癌的PCNA指数组间两两比较有显著差异(P<0001);PCNA指数与AgNORs计数间未见相关性。结果提示:PCNA表达与AgNORs计数在喉不同病变间存在明显差异,对此两项指标的检测有助于了解喉良、恶性肿瘤的细胞增殖状态,在喉良、恶性肿瘤鉴别及恶性分级上有一定价值

Abstract:
By using immunohistochemical staining and silver staining techniques,55 cases of laryngeal lesion were examined for PCNA expression and AgNORs count.The results revealed that the PCNA indices in chronic laryngitis,laryngeal papilloma and laryngeal carcinoma were 15.01%,26.38% and 48.06%,respectively.There were significant differences between two of them ( P <0.001).The AgNORs counts in chronic laryngitis,laryngeal papilloma and laryngeal carcinoma were 2.62,3.34 and 4.88,respectively. Significant differences were found between two of them ( P <0.01).The PCNA indices were significantly different between two group of high,moderately and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma ( P < 0.01) .No statistical correlation was found between PCNA index and AgNORs count.The findings indicate that the expression of PCNA and AgNORs count are significantly different in different kinds of laryngeal lesions suggesting that the detection of these cell proliferation markers may be helpful in the understanding of cell proliferation status of benign and malignant laryngeal tumors and might be valuable in the distinguishing of benign and malignant tumor and in the evaluation of malignant grade of laryngeal carcinoma
