OT与hCG对兔黄体细胞孕铜生成的影响

摘    要:本文采用兔离休黄体细胞孵育方法,观察hCG与不同剂量OT和OT与不同剂量hCG对黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响。结果表明:各种不同剂量OT对hCG致孕酮生成有协同效应,而各种不同剂量hCG对OT致孕酮生成具有抑制作用。提示两种实验结果可能是经不同作用机制实现的。

Abstract:The purpose of the present study was to investigate the biphasic effept of hCG and oxytocin, that were hCG plus different doses of oxytocin and oxytocin plus different dose of hCG, on progesterone production by incu-bated rabbit luteal cells in vitro.The resultes showed that there were cbor-dinative effact between hCG and different doses of oxytocin in during the production of progesterone and the effect of oxytocin inhancing progesterone production could be prevented by different doses of hCG and the output of progesterone was markedly decreased in a doses--dependent manner by rabbit luteal cells in vitro.These results indicated that the mechanism of biphasic effect On progesterone production might be completed via the different ways.
