参芪扶正注射液致不良反应的文献分析

摘    要:
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液所致不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法检索《中国医院数字图书馆》(CHKD)和《维普中文生物医学期刊》(CMJD)1999~2012年发表的参芪扶正注射液所致不良反应文献,进行统计分析。结果 21例ADR中,男、女患者分别占80.95%和19.05%,ADR大多发生在用药30min内,主要以皮肤及其附件损害(22%)和循环系统损害(20%)为主,发生ADR患者的原患疾病主要为癌症,共10例患者有联合用药情况,仅有1例患者有药物过敏史,不良反应的治疗和预后良好。结论临床应重视参芪扶正注射液引发的不良反应,加强用药监测,确保用药安全。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the general characteristics of the ADRs induced by Shenqifuzhen injection, provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods The China Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD) and Chinese Medical Journal Database(CMJD) were searched to get the cases of the adverse drug reactions induced by Shenqifuzhen injection that reported from 1999 to 2012, then statistical analysis was conducted. Results Among the 21 A_DR cases, the proportions of the male and female patients were 80.95% and 19.05%. within 30 minutes after medication.The skin and adnexa Most of the ADRs induced by Shenqifuzhen injection occurred damage(22%) and circulatory system damage(20%) occupied the major part in ADR cases.The original diseases of the patients who had ADR are mainly cancer. Ten patients received combination therapy. Only one patient has allergic history. The treatment and prognosis of adverse drug reactions is good. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by Shenqifuzhen injection in clinical use, and the monitoring of medication should also be strengthened to ensure the safe medication.
