护理本科生临床实践教学质量控制的实践

目的探讨护理本科生临床实践教学质量监控体系在临床实践教学中的应用与效果。方法将护理专业本科2007级四年级学生48名设为对照组,护理专业本科2008级四年级学生62名作为试验组。试验组采用临床实践教学质量监控体系,即用控制论的思想与方法进行教学管理,对照组采用传统的临床教学质量管理方法。结果试验组学生在出科考核成绩、护理文件书写质量、临床护理综合能力测试、带教教师对学生的满意度等方面好于对照组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论护理本科生临床实践教学质量控制体系有利于提高学生的临床实践能力,值得推广应用。

Practice and effects of the teaching quality control system in clinical teaching for nursing undergraduates/

Objective To evaluate the effects of the teaching quality control system in clinical teaching for nursing undergraduates.Methods Forty-eight nursing undergraduates in grade 2007 were recruited as the control group and 62 nursing undergraduates in grade 2008 were recruited as the experimental group.Traditional clinical teaching quality management and the clinical teaching quality control system was applied in the control group and the experimental group respectively.Results The students＇ performance in the test,the quality of nursing documents,performance in the comprehensive ability test and teachers＇ satisfaction with the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical teaching quality control system for nursing undergraduates is beneficial to improve the students＇ clinical practical ability and is worth applying into practice.
